Individual Therapy
​Every person is unique and will benefit from a different direction, shape and form to their therapeutic journey. I invite you to explore your emotions and experiences at your own pace and in your own way, offering a variety of tools for you to draw from along the way.

I will draw from a range of psychological theories and therapeutic tools to support you on your journey. The extent to which sessions are focused on talking and/or creative explorations is tailored and defined by you.
​
Sessions can last between 50 and 90 mins and can be arranged for a set length of time or on an open ended basis.

Group Therapy
To encourage intimacy and trust, I offer creative arts therapy to small groups of
4 - 8 people. Groups run weekly for 120 mins.

To create a sense of safety and consistency, it is necessary to commit to a minimum set of 6 sessions and an initial consultation of 30-50 minutes is required before taking part in the group.

As the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to the therapeutic process, I recommend an initial phone consultation giving us an opportunity to explore how a working relationship might feel. I hope you will feel able to share some of the reasons that have brought you to me, as well as any goals you may have in mind for this journey. You are welcome to ask me questions, learn about my approach and assess if you feel comfortable with the way I work.
