Group Therapy
To encourage intimacy and trust, I offer creative arts therapy to small groups of
4 - 8 people. Groups run weekly for 120 mins.

To create a sense of safety and consistency, it is necessary to commit to a minimum set of 6 sessions and an initial consultation of 30-50 minutes is required before taking part in the group.

As the relationship between therapist and client is fundamental to the therapeutic process, I recommend an initial phone consultation giving us an opportunity to explore how a working relationship might feel. I hope you will feel able to share some of the reasons that have brought you to me, as well as any goals you may have in mind for this journey.
